How will FanFes 2024 Stack Up in its New Venue?

Fanfes has always been billed as the artists’ convention, harkening back to its roots in a humble function room at SMX SM Aura where it debuted in a quaint venue with a shoestring budget. It quickly grew when the convention migrated to Ayala Circuit to a venue almost twice its original size.

This weekend, it will take on its biggest challenge, as it will occupy the newly-built Space at One Ayala Convention Center in Makati City located in the middle of a massive transport hub, being above the One Ayala Terminal and beside the MRT3 Ayala Station. Fanfes 2024 promises to be the biggest iteration to date with 2,700 square meters as opposed to the 500+ square meters it started with boasting world-class convention amenities that would rival SMX Convention Center and World Trade Center.

International Guests

For the first time ever, Fanfes has also invited not one, but four international special guests: Berry, ing, JooA and Tomia. They will not only show off their amazing talent and cosplays to the Philippines, but these cosplay stars will also be bringing exclusive merchandise to the event.

Stage Program

There will also be a jam-packed stage program featuring dance performances by Feedb5ck and DNE, cosplay contests like Solo Cosplay Catwalk and Steel the Show Cosplay Competition, singing contests like Cosplay Karaoke and Anisong Unleashed, game shows like Price Fight, Facepalm the Music, Guess the Sketch, Cosplay Auctions starting at just 1 peso, Think Talk panel discussions and more!

Exhibits

The stage is not the only draw to the event, however, with hundreds of artists, toys and collectibles, anime apparel and more providing a vibrant marketplace to really fan the flames of your fandom. It’s a virtual cornucopia of collectibles that will appeal to fans of all ages.

Whether you’re geared up to cosplay or steaming up for fistful of fun, Fanfes 2024 has you covered on May 18-19, 2024 at Space at One Ayala, 5th Floor One Ayala, Makati City. Tickets are still available at https://cosplayph.ticketmax.ph/ while supplies last.

Get into gear, as this year’s Fanfes is shaping up to be Fanfestastic!
