d4vd to perform top singles and new tracks from debut album “Withered” in Manila!; Announces New Music Video and an Upcoming World Tour

Critically acclaimed rising R&B artist d4vd is set to perform his popular singles “Here With Me,” “Romantic Homicide,” and new tracks from his debut album, Withered in Manila for the first time at a free live event on May 16, 2025, at 5 PM at the MOA Amphitheater, MOA Sky, SM Mall of Asia!

Releasing his debut album titled Withered, the singer-songwriter’s talent takes each listener on a vividly creative journey of love and loss in its 15 new tracks, as if listening to each chapter in a book on the bittersweet pain of loving, losing, and flourishing emotionally.

Being the continuation of a touching love story from his candid songs from his previous EP albumsPetals to Thorns and The Lost Petals—d4vd’s new album is, however, a brilliant distinction from the first two. Withered is a fusion of musical influences and new endeavors, all born to create his artistic style of expression.

Listening to his new album brings a total whirlwind of emotions. His latest single, What Are You Waiting For,” bursts with a dynamic, pop-anthemic energy, a poetic invitation that surges toward the feeling of falling in love at first sight. Meanwhile, the downtempo and luxuriant track Crashing,” together with the alternative-pop icon Kali Uchis, beautifully draws the surreal experience of loving someone. d4vd’s hit single, Feel It,” is a standout track on his album. Featured in Season 2 of Amazon Prime Video’s hit animation series, Invincible, it continues to rake in over 2M streams daily across platforms.

His headliner track, “Is This Really Love? ” is released with a captivating music video with the visionary direction of Tommy Kilroy, flawlessly weaving his signature visual language—bloody shirts, shadow-drenched settings, and haunting red strings—into a cinematic world that blurs the line between heartbreak and hallucination.

About d4vd

d4vd, born David Burke, quickly emerged as a visionary artist after spending a year writing and recording heart-piercing tracks alone in his sister’s closet in Houston, Texas. An avid Fortnite player, his musical endeavors began when his mother suggested creating original music after his Fortnite montage, created as a homeschooled teenager, was getting flagged due to copyright restrictions.

With BandLab as his steady companion, he immersed himself in internet culture and developed his taste in indie music, pop, and R&B. His certified hit “Romantic Homicide” scored him an RIAA Multi-Platinum in 2022 and reached No. 34 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

This newfound traction helped him gain newfound confidence in producing music, releasing “Here With Me” as his new single, and debuting Petals to Thorns. The steady rise of his tracks earned him a spot in Billboard’s 21 Under 21 and Variety’s Young Hollywood honors. His music also helped him build a cinematic world, releasing a collection of songs in The Lost Petals EP that serves as a continuation of Petals to Thorns and his musical journey.

After a sold-out European tour, d4vd performed at Valentino Men’s SS24 Fashion Week and joined SZA on her S.O.S. tour while also gracing major festival stages. Collaborating with artists like The Kid Laroi and 21 Savage, d4vd’s song “Feel It” was featured in Invincible, and became another hit. He returned to his roots for his debut album, WITHERED, recording in his sister’s closet while collaborating with Ryan Tedder and Tyler Spry. At just 20, d4vd continues to break new ground while staying true to his beginnings.
