Takanori Nishikawa x Momokuro’s first collaboration song becomes the theme song for the movie “KAPPEI Kappei”

Nishikawa Takanori is Momoiro Clover Z new song featuring the “Blood and iron † Gravity (gouging gravity)”

“KAPPEI Kappei” is a work directed by Takashi Hirano based on the gag manga “KAPPEI” by Kiminori Wakasugi, a manga artist known for “Detroit Metal City”.

A youth story by warriors who believed in the great prophecies of Nostradamus and continued their rigorous training is depicted.  Hideaki Ito will play the main character, Kappei, and Moka Kamishiraishi , Daigo Nishihata ( Naniwa Danshi ) and other unique casts will appear.

“Iron-Blood † Gravity” is a song written for this movie, and it has a fast-paced number with a heavy sound reminiscent of heavy metal. Currently, YouTube has released a preview video of “KAPPEI Kappei” using the same song.

Takanori Nishikawa comment

First of all, I am very honored to receive the offer. We received a request to collaborate this time, and the four people of Momoiro Clover Z are the only ones who can raise the atmosphere and goodness of “KAPPEI” together, and if we can express this piercing worldview together.  I feel like I’m a familiar companion who has been with me on many events, but it was the first time for me to create a song together, so it was very refreshing. “Iron-Blood † Gravity” has the heaviest metal color in Takanori Nishikawa’s songs so far, and it feels like the heat is not really the latest J-POP / JROCK and the world view of “KAPPEI”. I think that you can express it, so I hope you enjoy listening to “Iron-Blood † Gravity” along with the movie!

I heard that we were the first to come to Mr. Nishikawa’s mind because it would be better if there were noisy people singing the songs together. Lol
we were very happy to receive a direct offer from Mr. Nishikawa!
Until now, we’ve often been together at festivals, but it’s the first time we’re going to work together in this way, and I’m happy to finally be involved in the same work!
I felt that “Iron-Blood † Gravity” was full of Nishikawa. It was so cool that I thought it would be noisy, and it was a song I had never sung before. When we recorded, Mr. Nishikawa’s voice was already in, and we sang as cool as we could so that we could only keep up and not break the song.
I would be grateful if you could listen to “Iron-Blood † Gravity” along with the movie! I’m looking forward to the movie!
