“Komi Can’t Communicate”, commonly known as “Komi-san wa, Komyushou Desu” is a manga series by Oda Tomohito about girl who have communication issues. The long-awaited TV anime adaptation of the series is set to debut /On Netflix on October 7(Thu) and Kitri, a sister piano duo, who performs ED theme song of the TV anime, called “Hikare Inochi”, just drops the artwork of the song.
The artwork is newly drawn by the anime creators and features Komi-san standing beside the piano catching the breeze, creating an atmosphere as if you can hear the sound of Kitri’s piano
In order to respond to the many voices that want to hear the song as soon as possible, it has been decided that “Hikare Inochi” will be released digitally first worldwide from October 14 (Thu), prior to the CD release on November 17.
The give-away of their special wall screens has also been announced with the above release, so please check it out.
In addition, “Kitri Concert Tour 2021 AW -Kitri no Ongaku Kai #4-羊飼いの娘たち（Shepherd’s Daughters）” has been announced for December. This time, in addition to Yomo (from 羊毛とお花:Yomo to Ohana), who played guitar and mandolin in the previous tour, Miyako Kira will join as a cellist to make a four-piece band. We are very much looking forward to seeing what kind of live performance this will be. The details of each performance will be announced on Kitri’s official website and SNS. We can’t take our eyes off their activities from now on.

ABOUT KITRI
Piano duet vocal unit by sister Mona and sister Hina.
In January 2019, they made their major debut with their 1st EP “Primo” from Nippon Columbia BETTER DAYS label as an artist who creates experimental music with a classical base and gives off a unique presence. In the same month, the first one-man tour “Kitri no Ongakukai # 1” was held.
In July, the 2nd EP “Secondo” was announced and a national tour of “Kitri no Ongakukai # 2” was held. Their first album “Kitrist” was released in January 2020. Their tour was postponed, but in the meantime, they released three consecutive albums of ups and downs, “Lily”, “Ningen Program”, and “Akai Tsuki”, and produced an album of cover songs, “Re:cover”, which has attracted audiences at her live performances. She has also been a regular DJ for “Kitri’s Kitrigo Trio” (FM Osaka) since July, and has been energetically sending out messages to the world. The tour “Kitri no Ongakukai # 3” “木鳥と羊毛( Kitori To Yomo)”, which has been postponed twice, will be held from January to February 2021. Prior to the album release, the single “未知階段（Unknown Staircase）” was released in February and they opened the door for a new expression, and the second album “Kitrist II” was released in April.
In the same month, the regular program “Kitri‘ｓ time” on α-STATION also started.
Kitri’s first live performance at Billboard Live in Yokohama and Osaka were held in June-July 2021
