As 2024 comes to a close and 2025 is on the horizon, we are working on new stuff and improvements to enhance your quality of life and exhibit experience.
We are happy to share with you what we have in-store and what adjustments we will be conducting starting in 2025.
Booth Price Adjustments
We listened to feedback from different parties on our 2024 booth prices and understand your feelings about it.
We have made strides to improve our booth prices and are happy to inform you that starting in 2025, some of our events will have rollbacks in their booth prices making them more accessible.
We will share our 2025 event dates and the booth prices with you here on the site soon.
We will also have a special discount for exhibitors who will be booking their slots on all of our 2025 events.
Payment Deposits
Settlement of exhibit booth payments in full and in one go is a heavy burden, especially for merchants who have tight budgets and limited resources.
We are happy to inform everyone that starting in 2025, FanMart will be pilot testing and offering payment deposits straight from the site!
Exhibitors can now place an initial deposit on their order and settle the remaining balance within 30 days. Terms and conditions apply.
Waitlist System
Getting a sold-out label on an item like a booth slot sinks your heart. However, you hope that the items will be restocked. Let FanMart notify you when an item gets restocked.
We are pilot-testing a waitlist system for FanMart starting in 2025.
When an item is sold out, it will have a “Get Notified” field where they can enter their email. Customers who subscribe will be notified through email when an item gets restocked.
FanMart Online Auction
Did you know that FanMart has an online auction?
You can now auction your items through your FanMart Store. Let our system monitor the bids and start collecting payments using anMart’s different payment options.

Changing booth names
We understand that changing booth names after purchasing a slot is due to the customer’s circumstances. However, this practice is one of the leading causes of delays in our event production.
Therefore, starting in 2025, booth name changes after sales will no longer be entertained. We encourage customers to plan early and input their desired booth name during checkout.
Extra ID Sales Period Adjustment
We have observed a significant wastage of exhibitor IDs in past events. To address the wastage, we are pilot testing to adjust the sale period of our Extra IDs. The sale will be limited to online and there won’t be any sale during ingress.
We encourage all exhibitors to purchase your extra IDs early as soon as they are made available.
