Shipping Policy
Shipping thru GogoExpress(Cash on Delivery)
This is a delivery option that provides a cash on delivery service. Items will be picked up and will be delivered to the recipient around 3 to 7 days.
How long before an item is shipped?
We usually ship as soon as an order is received but please give us at least 1-2 days to process and prepare your order.
For journals or other custom items, please give us a at least a week to create the item. Once item is shipped you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order status while waiting for delivery.
Refund Policy
If you receive the item damaged, we can send a replacement for free. Just send us visual proof of the damaged item.

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Customized and personalized items can not be returned (i.e. Notebook or mugs with printed Name)
