Refund Policy
I allow refunds to the following reasons only:
- Damaged items by courier
- Missing items
- Wrongly sent items, but refund will only be sent if wrongly sent item is delivered in the same condition as received, otherwise i will not give a full refund of the item cost. (refund will also not be done if you prefer to have items exchanged)
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
I allow returns, cancellations and exchanges for the following reasons only:
- Wrongly sent items can be exchangedÂ
- Double orders. Only 1 order can be cancelled
I do not allow cancellations and returns for the following reasons:
- If you no longer want the items
- If you received your order too late (shipping dates and schedules are stated for these reasons)
- Change of mind
