Order Processing

Thank you for choosing StuffBy for your handmade pixel art crafts. We offer both existing pieces and custom requests.

• Existing Pieces: These items are ready to ship and will be processed within 1-2 business days.
• Custom Requests: Each custom piece is crafted to order and requires 5-7 business days to create before shipping.

Please note that the processing times are in addition to the shipping time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We do not provide shipping services directly. Customers are responsible for booking their own courier services through providers such as GrabExpress, Lalamove, Move It, or any other preferred local courier service.

• Customer Booked Courier: Delivery times will vary based on the courier service chosen by the customer.

Please arrange for pickup from our location at Tower D, The Grove by Rockwell, Pasig City once your order is ready for shipment. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Shipping Rates & Policy

Shipping rates will be determined by the courier service chosen by the customer and are not included in the purchase price. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. StuffBy is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the courier service. Any issues with delivery should be resolved directly with the courier provider.
