- Metro Manila orders: 1-3 business days
- Greater Metro Manila: 3-5 business days

I received a damaged item! What can I do?
We’re so sorry to hear this! Rest assured that we here at StickerVault take our Quality Assurance process seriously, checking every product before we ship them out to our customers and partner stores. We also go to great lengths to ensure that your sticker albums will arrive safely through our chosen courier service.
Should you receive a damaged item, please let us know by e-mailing returns@stickervaultco.com. Please include as many photos as possible and a detailed description of the issue. Once we have assessed the potential cause of the damage, we will replace your damaged item and report the incident to our courier if necessary.
I changed my mind. Can I send back my StickerVault and get a different size or color instead?
We do not entertain returns or exchanges. All orders are considered final.
