Shipping Policy
- I use LBC or JRS express for shipping. Items may take 3 to 5 working days to deliver
- Option for same day delivery/COD via Lalamove within QCÂ
- You can send me a message if you want to arrange a pickup instead
- Since items are made to order, please be advised orders may take up to 7 days to create on top of shipping time frame.Â
Refund Policy
 Refund can be claimed if there is delay in the item's production of over 3 weeks and would be cancelled by request
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Items can be replaced given that there is sufficient proof that you have received them damaged.
Return shipping will be handled by the customer.
