Shipping Policy
Orders are packed in their individual packaging using plastic, paper/kraft bags, glassine bags, or envelopes, then put in a bubble mailers. Recycled karton pieces are put in the mailers as well to prevent the products from being folded and/or crumpled.
Buyers may opt for same-day-delivery or regular shipping through Grab or GoGo Xpress.
Please note that once the packages has been handed over to the courier, the seller is no longer responsible for its loss or damage should there be any.
Refund Policy
Refunds are case-to-case basis and will need reviewing as it depend on the issue with the order. However, immediate refunds are applicable for:
- The buyer has paid for an unavailable item.
- Undesirable or rude transaction with the buyer.
- Wrong input of information (item ordered, address, etc.)
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges are applicable when the seller has sent the wrong item. However, returns and exchanges are not permitted if the items have been damaged cause by shipment or courier. Buyer should be mindful of their order item and address information, as incorrect input are not eligible for return and exchange.
No cancellation once the order has been prepared and packed.
