Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
🔄 CANCELLATIONS

Physical items: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item has not yet shipped.

Digital items/Commissions: Cancellations must be requested before work has started. Once work has begun or a draft has been sent, only a partial refund may be issued (based on progress).

Rush orders or event exclusives are non-cancellable.
📦 RETURNS

Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.

Item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the buyer’s expense unless it was our error.
Non-returnable items include:

Custom/personalized products

Stickers, pins, and keychains once opened

Digital files or completed commissions

Exchanges are accepted only if:

You received the wrong item

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, with clear photos.
