Shipping Policy
We make sure our items are properly packaged before shipping. We are not responsible for any damages from shipping. We will send a photo of proof that the item is out and not damaged before shipping.
Refund Policy
In such cases the item is unavailable, the full amount will be refunded. If a customer wants a refund for a shipped order/s, it will NOT be refunded.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations will be available as long as the orders have NOT been shipped. Before shipping, we will be sending a photo of the item/s to prove that it has not been damaged. We are not responsible for the damages caused by shipping.
