Shipping will be full covered by the customer. Unless the product delivered is wrong or damaged, this will be covered by the store. Shipping is only available within Metro Manila.

Kaze No Hana Art Shop assures that you will receive quality products. The packaging will include a card backing to prevent folding and waterproof envelope.
The products to deliver will be photo captured before and after packing. If in any case the product is damaged, it will be subject to review to approve refund.

The shop will notify you upon order, packing, and shipping. Cancellations are only allowed during the packing process and not allowed after the product has been shipped.
