Shipping Policy

Shipping Method Option: alamove, grab, entrego, GogoXpress or J&T. Shipping fee is not included in payment options and will be discussed with client when commission is finalized. What if 1st invoice payment was not made within the given deadline?: Your Slot Confirmation will be terminated and customer will have to resubmit a new commission form again. (unless there are reasons to why payment was delayed, they will be given extension for 2 days) What if I was not able to pay my 2nd invoice in P2?: Unless there are reasons to why the customer cannot pay. I will give them an extension of 5 days to pay their 2nd invoice. If Plushie is finished and it still has a remaining balance that has not been paid within a given time. There will be no refunds and I have the right to resell the plush even if it is a OC of theirs. Where can I pay for the Shipping?: ​Shipping Method used when I am residing in the Philippines for international clients is DHL only, unless client chose another shipping method, that is fine. Shipping fee is not Included in these payment plan as this will be discussed with the client with their desired courier. If client can’t pay for the shipping fee due to reasons. The plushie will be stored in a safe place until client is ready to get their plushie. If client is unresponsive and no longer wants the plushie, I reserve the right to sell the plush as my own and there will be no refunds.

Refund Policy

Refunds and Returns: -I do not accept Refunds and returns for Original Character plush. -Client will receive their full refund if no work has been made. If there is progress with the plushie, reduced refund appropriate to the work will be offered instead. Liability Disclaimer In no event shall Haeli Plush be liable for any lost items during shipping or possibility of such damages when received. Transport of items in overseas and even local are not my responsibility and it is out of my control. At your own discretion, you will be solely be responsible, to be considerate to get post insurance or express post for better handling of shipping. And responsible for any damage to your custom made plushie that is not within my reach and no refunds will be made. My handmade plushies is not recommended to be used as a toy for babies, kids, and are not recommended for children under 16. Light cuddling and gentle play is accepted. My plushies are made for light use and solely for display. It is the commissioners own liability if they would want to use them in other way around.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Reselling The plush: -the intent of solely commissioning to me just to resell the plush I made is not accepted and will be blocked and no longer accepted in future commissions. -Reselling the plush if commissioner wants to downsize and needing funds at a later date is accepted, but they must inform me with this to know the new owner of the plush. -I have the right to sell the OC of the commissioner if they refuse/forfeit paying for their commissioned plushie.
