Shipping Policy
Shipping fee is to be shouldered by the client and is not included in the base price of the items purchased. We will inform you of the shipping price after verifying your order details and other necessary information.
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days depending on the client's preferred courier. Depending on the destination, the parcel may arrive anywhere from 5-7 days (excluding holidays and weekends, as per some couriers' policies) from the time the same is handed to the courier. Tracking numbers will be provided to the client once the parcel has been shipped.
Currently, as per my last checking, couriers within my location are limited to JRS, J&T, GogoXpress, and LBC.
Refund Policy
Damaged items maybe refunded upon proof of the same upon delivery. Please send an unboxing video to show that the stickers were damaged not due to the courier's fault. Kindly message the shop if there are any issues with the product in order for us to figure out how to best remedy the situation.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
No cancellations as much as possible as again I will be packaging and booking pick-ups or doing drop-offs for orders within 1-2 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges may be entertained upon proof of item damage. Kindly message the shop if there are any issues with the product in order for us to figure out how to best remedy the situation.
