Nationwide delivery can be arranged using Shopee or GoGoXpress.
When selecting JnT, please bear in mind that riders at our location are known to mark orders as "pick-up failed" despite not showing up at the location when they run out of time to pick items up. If selecting this option for your convenience, this is at your own risk.
Ninja Van picks items up more reliably from our location, so we recommend it more.
GoGoXpress is another option for deliveries nationwide.
International orders will be fulfilled through PHLPOST (with tracking number at least, but EMS may be arranged for an additional fee.)
Digital Items (music, non-physical art) will require you to provide an e-mail address where we can send the item/s.
Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted on a case-to-case basis for skyfall system items (stickers, acrylic keychain charms, Nendoroid/OB11 custom clothing.)
Official merchandise (Tezuka Pro/Hatoful Boyfriend/et c.) are sold as-is and may not be returned. Most items are mall pull-outs at most and brand new at best.
