Shipping Policy
Crochet items are Made to order and customizable(for the size).
We will be requiring a 40% down payment before starting the actual project and will have to pay the remaining prior to shipping.
Refund Policy
If there is an issue with the project, you can ask to have it fixed but there will be no refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Once the down payment is received by the store, the project will begin. If cancellation was made during the time that the item is being processed, the 40% down payment will not be refunded.
