Shipping Policy
We ship all orders from Quezon City using Lalamove. Delivery fees are shouldered by the buyer and will be confirmed before shipping. Please make sure to provide the correct delivery details to avoid delays.
Refund Policy
Since CoLaB Studio is run by one person, we can only accept refunds or exchanges for damaged or wrong itemsreported within 3 days of delivery. We cannot process refunds for wrong sizes, change of mind, or custom orders that were already approved.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
All orders are final once confirmed. Since each shirt is made per order, we do not accept cancellations or returns for change of mind or wrong sizes.
We only allow exchanges or refunds if the item received is damaged or incorrect. Please check your order upon delivery and contact us right away if there’s an issue.
