We will be sending pictures of proof before delivery as proof to confirm that your item was not damaged before ship-out. Though it is not our responsibility if it gets damaged during the shipping process.

For cancellations, please cancel before the order has been shipped out. Once it has been shipped out, you can no longer cancel your order.
