  • Physical items can be shipped via:
    • Grab/Lalamove/Mr. Speedy (shipping fee in cash to be paid by BUYER to the rider) for same-day delivery in Metro Manila.
    • Nationwide delivery can be arranged using Shopee.
      • When selecting JnT, please bear in mind that riders at our location are known to mark orders as "pick-up failed" despite not showing up at the location when they run out of time to pick items up. If selecting this option for your convenience, this is at your own risk.
      • Ninja Van picks items up more reliably from our location, so we recommend it more.
    • GoGoXpress is another option for deliveries nationwide.
    • International orders will be fulfilled through PHLPOST (with tracking number at least, but EMS may be arranged for an additional fee.)
  • Digital Items (music, non-physical art) will require you to provide an e-mail address where we can send the item/s.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are accepted on a case-to-case basis for skyfall system items (stickers, acrylic keychain charms, Nendoroid/OB11 custom clothing.)
  • Official merchandise (Tezuka Pro/Hatoful Boyfriend/et c.) are sold as-is and may not be returned. Most items are mall pull-outs at most and brand new at best.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Once items have been shipped out, no cancellations may be made!
  • Returns are only accepted for items made by skyfall system (stickers, acrylic keychain charms, Nendoroid/OB11 custom clothing.)
