All packages will be shipped in standard courier packaging. I use a variation of glassine paper, kraft paper, chipboard or cardboard material to wrap your items. I wrap it with an additional single layer of bubble wrap before putting it in the courier pouch as added protection. I try to make use of as little plastic as possible, please try to reuse or recycle the packaging if you can!
We will NOT be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the courier. I rely on an external courier service (Gogo Xpress) to ship your order. Once the package has been turned over to the couriers and tracking number has been given to you, it is no longer under my care or jurisdiction. I am willing to try to assist you best I can but please contact the courier directly for any specific issues pertaining to your delivery.
Refunds are case-to-case basis. I am willing to accommodate a refund depending on the issue at hand. Please send me a message here or through my email at support@creachivityshop.com so I can best assist you.
No cancellations. Please make sure that your order is final and that you have enough funds to pay for the order before placing it! I am a small business and items are carefully prepared in advance and cancelling abruptly will affect us. Thank you!
Returns & Exchanges are case-to-case basis. Returns & exchanges are automatically granted in cases of seller's mistake e.g. wrong item sent, wrong design sent, insufficient item sent, etc. Returns and exchanges are NOT granted if it is due to courier damage or customer negligence e.g. inputted the wrong address, change of mind, ordered the wrong item, etc. This is a case-to-case basis and I am more than willing to assist and discuss the issue with you if it arises.
