Shipping Policy
- Physical items can be shipped via:
- Grab/Lalamove/Mr. Speedy (shipping fee in cash to be paid by BUYER to the rider) for same-day delivery in Metro Manila (please send us an e-mail on skyfallsystem [at] gmail.com OR send a DM to catsouppe#0111 on Discord beforehand because there is a flat fee of 80 via the default GoGoXpress option.)
- Nationwide delivery can be arranged using Shopee or GoGoXpress.
- When selecting JnT, please bear in mind that riders at our location are known to mark orders as "pick-up failed" despite not showing up at the location when they run out of time to pick items up. If selecting this option for your convenience, this is at your own risk.
- Ninja Van picks items up more reliably from our location, so we recommend it more.
- GoGoXpress is another option for deliveries nationwide.
- International orders will be fulfilled through PHLPOST (with tracking number at least, but EMS may be arranged for an additional fee.)
- Digital Items (music, non-physical art) will require you to provide an e-mail address where we can send the item/s.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are accepted on a case-to-case basis for skyfall system items (stickers, acrylic keychain charms, Nendoroid/OB11 custom clothing.)
- Official merchandise (Tezuka Pro/Hatoful Boyfriend/et c.) are sold as-is and may not be returned. Most items are mall pull-outs at most and brand new at best.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Once items have been shipped out, no cancellations may be made!
- Returns are only accepted for items made by skyfall system (stickers, acrylic keychain charms, Nendoroid/OB11 custom clothing.)
