Sake in collaboration with Nobuhiro Watsuki “Rurouni Kenshin-Meiji Kenkaku Romantan-” will be released on December 1st by a wholesaler specializing in local sake.
Sake is produced at a sake brewery in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture, which is the hometown of Watsuki.
The label was designed by Kenshin Himura and Kaoru Kamiya, and in the background were photographs of Yukyuzan and Aoshi Shrine, which are the origins of the character names, and the nationally famous Sanshakutama.
There are three types of lineup: “Fukuogi Junmai Sake”, “Koshino Shirogane Ginjo Sake”, and “Ofuku Masamune Junmai Ginjo Sake”.
With the sale of 2000 pieces of various types, a set of 3 pieces in a box will also be developed. Please check the sales site of the original dealer, Echigo Meimon Sake Association, for the sales location.
