TO ALL THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN JOINING THE INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP COSPLAY COMPETITION... THE REGISTRATION CAN BE BE ON-SITE. HOWEVER, WE ENTERTAIN PRE-REGISTRATION BUT FOR THE INDIVIDUAL COSPLAY COMPETITION ONLY. THIS DOES NOT ASSURE THE COSPLAYER A SECURE COSPLAY NUMBER/ENTRY.
GUIDELINES FOR PRE-REGISTRATION:
- Pre-registration is for Individual cosplay category only and must be accomplished accordingly
- Anime Alliance Philippines will be sending a confirmation e-mail if your pre-registration was successful.
- Online Registration does not issue a cosplayer a fixed contestant number for the event.
- This is only a process to give participants a hassle-free entry on the competition
- Please accomplish the following and send to animeallianceph@gmail.com with the subject “HERO 2009-Cosplay” (disregard quotation marks)
o NAME (Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial)
o Screen/Stage Name
o Character Cosplayed/Portrayed (preferably character full name)
o Series/Title of Anime
o Age (As of November 26)
o Contact Number (preferably both cellphone and landline)
o E-mail Address (used to send this message)
o Mailing Address
o School/Company
o Cosplay Category
- Rest assured that all information in here will only be used as reference by Anime Alliance Philippines officials and shall not be passed to any third parties or disseminated to other individuals outside our control.
Again, PRE-REGISTRATION IS FOR INDIVIDUAL COSPLAY ONLY. GROUP COSPLAY WILL BE REQUIRED TO REGISTER ON-SITE (at the HERO NATION event mismo)
