A fter the success of the J-Pop Anime Singing Competition last year and due to popular demand, the Embassy of Japan in cooperation with the Japan Foundation Manila, together with SM Supermalls and SM Cyberzone, is presenting the 2 nd J-Pop Anime Singing Contest to celebrate the Philippines-Japan Friendship Month.

 Tokyo’s Metropolitan Government has submitted a proposal to change current laws over child pornography. The new amendment seeks to include material with “sexually provocative visual depictions of characters who sound or appear to be younger than 18 years old” in the list of punishable items.

The Cosplay Museum introduces the first module of the Cosplay Photography Workshop on Saturday, March 20, 2010 at 1:00pm and again at 3:30pm. The workshop will be run by Cosplay photographer Travis and will focus on the Basics of Cosplay and Indoor Photography using a camera with manual controls.
